XRP Price Latest News: Coinbase Stalls the GENIUS Act Again and Here Is Why Pepeto Is the Smartest Move Before the Wave

Looking for the latest XRP price news and targets ? you are in the right hands. Coinbase just torpedoed the Senate stablecoin compromise for the second time. The yield fight between exchanges and banks stalled the GENIUS Act again. While Washington argues, the direction is obvious. Governments built Bitcoin’s framework after the 2008 crisis, launched crypto ETFs, and now want crypto to absorb $36 trillion in national debt.

The xrp price holds at $1.34 during the correction, but crypto is not the future anymore. It is already here. Pepeto raised more than $8 million with verified tools running and the Binance listing confirmed. Investing now means positioning ahead of the wave, and the presale is the entry that no one who missed it will stop thinking about.

XRP Price Gets Context as Coinbase Stalls the GENIUS Act Stablecoin Compromise a Second Time

Coinbase pushed back against Senate compromise language preventing third party stablecoin yields, repeating the dynamic from January that stalled the Banking Committee markup, according to CoinDesk.

The White House hosted at least three compromise meetings that produced no agreement, with banking groups warning of deposit flight while exchanges defend yield revenue, according to The Block.

The xrp price benefits from stablecoin adoption because Ripple’s RLUSD is live across 60 markets, but the exchange at presale pricing does not need Washington to decide its timeline because the listing is already confirmed.

The Last Entry Before Governments Finish Building Crypto Into the Financial System

Pepeto

Traditional investing just moved onto the blockchain. Franklin Templeton joined Ondo Finance to make its ETFs accessible directly through crypto wallets, and a trillion dollar asset manager no longer views crypto as experimental. Pepeto is the entry that captures what happens next because the exchange runs where that new volume flows.

The verified tools scan every contract before your capital moves. The risk scorer catches hidden drain functions and dangerous permissions, PepetoSwap handles every trade at zero fees, and the cross chain bridge moves tokens at zero cost. As stablecoin volumes grow and on chain activity increases, every new settlement pathway creates another surface where these tools protect your money.

PEPETO4237

The XRP outlook shows XRP positioned inside the stablecoin era, but the exchange token at presale pricing is how you position ahead of the entire wave. More than $8 million raised at $0.000000186 during extreme fear with 191% APY staking compounding positions while stages fill. Every contract cleared SolidProof’s full review, and the creator who took the original Pepe coin to $11 billion on 420 trillion tokens shaped the exchange with a former Binance expert.

The presale closes when the listing opens. Pepeto at this price will not exist once trading begins, and entering now while governments build crypto into the financial system is how you position yourself for the biggest returns before everyone else arrives. Historically entering before the trends is what delivers the most, Pepeto is the trend to enter now.

XRP Forecast: Where Does XRP Go From $1.34?

XRP trades at $1.34 on March 28 below its 200 day moving average of $2.15, according to CoinMarketCap.

The xrp price for 2026 targets $1.69 maximum, a 26% return. Ripple’s RLUSD is live across 60 markets and the GENIUS Act stall creates short term uncertainty. The ETF brought institutional access with Goldman Sachs at $153 million, but weekly inflows dropped below $2 million.

Coinpedia projects $2.50 bullish if resistance above $1.50 is reclaimed. The XRP outlook confirms XRP benefits from the stablecoin era, but even $2.50 is a 2x over a full cycle, and that kind of return does not change how you live. The presale at 100x from one listing does.

XRP Price Confirms This Is the Second Chance to Be Early and No Other Entry Comes Close

Last cycle made millionaires out of the wallets that moved first, and this is that same moment with a confirmed Binance listing approaching. The US built Bitcoin after the 2008 crisis, launched crypto ETFs to bring institutional money in, and now builds stablecoins into Visa and Mastercard settlements.

The direction is clear and the xrp price correction is temporary, but the presale pricing is permanent once the listing opens. No other entry in 2026 combines the Pepe cofounder track record, verified exchange tools, and meme coin energy at this price.

The Pepeto official website is where entering now is how you position yourself inside the biggest wealth transfer of this decade before the rest of the world catches up to what you already see.

FAQs:

What does the GENIUS Act stall mean for the xrp price?

Coinbase stalling stablecoin legislation creates short term uncertainty for XRP. The xrp price benefits long term from adoption, but the presale delivers 100x from one listing.

Is XRP or Pepeto the better entry based on the xrp price outlook?

XRP targets $2.50 bullish over a full cycle, a 2x. The Pepeto official website is where the presale targets 100x from the Binance listing for the wallets that enter now.

How does crypto becoming the financial system affect the xrp price?

Stablecoins reaching $300 billion and Visa settling on chain proves the wave is real. The presale at the center of that wave is the entry everyone chasing the XRP recovery wishes they had.

USDH Power Struggle Ignites Stablecoin “Bidding Wars” Across DeFi: Bloomberg

USDH Power Struggle Ignites Stablecoin “Bidding Wars” Across DeFi: Bloomberg

A heated contest for control over a new dollar-pegged token has set the stage for what analysts say could define the next phase of the stablecoin industry. According to Bloomberg, a bidding war unfolded on Hyperliquid, one of crypto’s fastest-growing trading platforms, with the prize being the right to issue USDH, its native stablecoin. The competition drew some of the sector’s most prominent names, including Paxos, Sky, and Ethena, who later withdrew their bid, alongside the lesser-known Native Markets, a startup backed by Stripe stablecoin subsidiary Bridge. Hyperliquid Stablecoin Race Shows Branding and Partnerships Matter as Much as Tech Over the weekend, Hyperliquid’s validators, the contributors who secure the network and vote on key decisions, awarded the USDH contract to Native Markets over the weekend. Despite its relatively new status, the firm’s connection with Stripe helped it outpace more established rivals. Stablecoins underpin decentralized finance by providing a dollar-backed medium for collateral, settlement, and payments across applications. What began as a grassroots, community-led sector has evolved into a battleground for institutions and payment companies seeking revenue from interest on reserves. Circle, for example, shares proceeds from its USDC with Coinbase under a partnership designed to stabilize earnings during market swings. The Hyperliquid contest offered a rare glimpse into just how intense competition has become. Paxos pledged to take no revenue until USDH surpassed $1 billion in circulation. Agora offered to share 100% of net revenue with Hyperliquid, while Ethena put forward 95%. All were outbid by Native Markets, whose ties to Stripe’s $1.1 billion acquisition of Bridge and subsequent rollout of the Tempo blockchain positioned it as a strong contender. “Every stablecoin issuer is extremely desperate for supply,” said Zaheer Ebtikar, co-founder of Split Capital. “They are willing to publicly announce how much they are willing to offer. It just shows it’s a very tough business for stablecoin issuers.” While USDC remains dominant on Hyperliquid with more than $5.6 billion in deposits, the arrival of USDH could shift flows and revenue dynamics. Paxos co-founder Bhau Kotecha said the firm sees the exchange’s growth as an important opportunity, while Agora’s co-founder Nick van Eck warned that awarding the contract to a vertically integrated issuer risked undermining decentralization. Regulatory positioning also factored into the debate. Paxos operates under a New York trust charter and is seeking a federal license, while Bridge holds money transmitter approvals in 30 states. Native Markets, in a blog post, cited regulatory flexibility and deployment speed as reasons for its selection. Hyperliquid said the strong engagement from its community validated the process. Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire dismissed concerns over USDC’s status, noting on X that competition benefits the ecosystem. Analysts suggested that fears of centralization may be exaggerated, noting that Hyperliquid is likely to remain neutral and support multiple stablecoins. Still, the contest over USDH highlighted a new reality for stablecoins: branding, partnerships, and business strategy are becoming as decisive as technology. Native Markets Secures USDH Stablecoin Mandate on Hyperliquid Hyperliquid has concluded its governance vote for the USDH stablecoin, awarding the mandate to Native Markets after a closely watched process that drew weeks of community debate and rival proposals. USDH, described by Hyperliquid as a “Hyperliquid-first, compliant, and natively minted” dollar-backed token, is intended to reduce the platform’s dependence on USDC and strengthen its spot markets. Validators on the decentralized exchange voted in favor of Native Markets, a relatively new player backed by Stripe’s Bridge subsidiary, over established contenders including Paxos and Ethena. The outcome followed a string of proposals offering aggressive revenue-sharing terms to win validator support, underscoring the scale of incentives attached to controlling USDH. Hyperliquid’s exchange has become a critical hub for stablecoin liquidity, with $5.7 billion in USDC, around 8% of its total supply, currently held on the network. At prevailing treasury yields, that translates to an estimated $200 million to $220 million in annual revenue for Circle, underlining why a native alternative could be transformative. Hyperliquid’s validators, who secure the network and vote on key decisions, selected Native Markets following an on-chain governance process that concluded September 15. Native Markets has laid out a phased rollout for USDH, beginning with capped minting and redemption trials before expanding into spot markets. Its reserves will be managed in cash and treasuries by BlackRock, with on-chain tokenization through Superstate and Bridge. Yield from those reserves will be split between Hyperliquid’s Assistance Fund and ecosystem development. The launch of USDH comes as Hyperliquid records record profits from perpetual futures trading, with $106 million in revenue in August alone, and prepares to slash spot trading fees by 80% to bolster liquidity. Analysts say the move positions Hyperliquid to capture more of the stablecoin economics internally, marking a significant step in its bid to rival the largest players in decentralized finance
