PANews reported on October 29th that Quack AI published an article on Medium announcing the launch of its new infrastructure, x402 BNB—the first unified Sign-to-Pay (Sign-to-Pay) and governance layer based on the BNB Chain, designed to provide a simplified and secure transaction experience for the on-chain agent economy. This system is based on the EIP-7702 delegated execution and EIP-712 signature standards, enabling authorization, transfers, and payments to be completed with a single signature, eliminating the need for manual gas processing or duplicate confirmations. Developed by Quack AI, the x402 BNB integrates a Gas-sponsored relay layer and a policy governance module, supporting scenarios such as multi-address payments, automatic renewals, and DAO fund allocation.PANews reported on October 29th that Quack AI published an article on Medium announcing the launch of its new infrastructure, x402 BNB—the first unified Sign-to-Pay (Sign-to-Pay) and governance layer based on the BNB Chain, designed to provide a simplified and secure transaction experience for the on-chain agent economy. BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models

The post BlackRock boosts AI and US equity exposure in $185 billion models appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) collected $2.3 billion, while the iShares US Equity Factor Rotation Active ETF (DYNF) added nearly $2 billion. The rebalancing triggered swift inflows and outflows that realigned investor exposure on the back of performance data and macroeconomic outlooks. He added that non-US developed markets lagged far behind, especially when it came to sales. This week’s changes reflect that position. The move was made ahead of the Federal…
