Why You Need to Activate TokensMEXC currently supports transferring tokens from many different networks. Some of these networks have specific stipulations and transfer protocols. In order to transfer crypto on these specific networks, a certain amount of their network tokens must be manually added to the target address before the transaction can continue. If these networks' native tokens are not manually added to the target wallet address before transferring, the transaction will fail. Holding the requisite amount of native crypto in the target wallet "activates" the address and facilitates the successful transfer of funds. 2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been ActivatedWhen you withdraw tokens from MEXC, the system will automatically check whether the token address is active. If it is not active, you will receive an alert when you withdraw your tokens. Why an Activated Address is Required to Withdraw ALGO Network TokensDue to the special transfer mechanism of the ALGO network, withdrawal addresses must have ALGO assets manually added before they can receive any other assets on the Algorand blockchain (YLDY/OPUL/USDC-ALGO, etc.). Before adding a new asset, you must ensure there is ALGO in the account, as a transaction fee will be charged for the addition. If your withdrawal address does not have an active asset, then you will not be able to withdraw. Part 2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been ActivatedA. Status: ActivedYou can search for your address on the ALGO Blockchain Browser: https://algoexplorer.io/ and check if the corresponding asset is activated. In the image below, a transfer record exists for the address and activated tokens have been added, meaning tokens can be transferred to the address.  B. Status: Not ActivatedSearch for your address on the ALGO Block Browser: https://algoexplorer.io/ and check if the corresponding assets are activated. In the image below, the address does not have any transfer records and the [Assets] tab is empty, meaning no ALGO has been added to the address.  Part 3. How to Add Assets to ALGO Network AddressesNavigate to Algorand's official website to find a list of wallets supported by the project.Address： https://www.algorand.foundation/the-algoThe following example uses PERA WALLET.Wallet Address： https://perawallet.app/You can choose web wallet or app wallet.The following activation tutorial uses PERA WALLET First, install the wallet and create an account, then transfer ALGO to the address of the created account (at least 0.2 tokens) by clicking [Add Token].There are two ways to add, by directly selecting or by adding a futures contract.Add DirectlyAdd futures contracts manuallySelect or add the corresponding asset, and the wallet will populate the relevant parameters.Click [Approve] to add. Part 4. Important NotesYou must have at least 0.2 ALGO in the address before adding other assets.When adding assets, you can search by asset name or asset ID. Make sure the asset name and ID match. For example, YLDY's ASSET ID is: 226701642.This tutorial only explains how to activate ALGO tokens. It does not represent an endorsement of the project. Use discretion to distinguish authentic tokens when operating. 

Part 1. Why You Need to Activate the Token AddressThe APTOS webchain requires addresses to hold APT before any other tokens (ALT, XET, etc.) can be withdrawn to them. Before an address can receive any tokens other than APT (ALT, XET, etc.), assets must be added manually. If your withdrawal address does not have an active asset, then you will not be able to withdraw. Part 2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been ActivatedA. Status: ActivedYou can search for your address in the APTOS webchain browser: https://explorer.aptoslabs.com. As shown in the following image below, the [Coins] tab shows that a transfer record exists for the current address and that active tokens have been added, which means that you can transfer the active assets to the current address. B. Status: Not ActivatedYou can search for your address in the APTOS block browser: https://explorer.aptoslabs.com to check whether the corresponding asset is active. If the address is inactive, you will be prompted with "No Results," as shown below.  Part 3. How to activate APTOS tokensHere is an example of the officially recommended petra wallet. It's address can be obtained directly from the official website. The wallet is a web-based wallet, so we recommend that you use Google Chrome to open the wallet address:https://petra.app/. After opening the wallet address, click [Download], open a Chrome window and navigate to chrome://extensions, and enable the wallet feature in the upper right corner of the extensions page. First create an account. Then, generate an address. You will need to transfer a small amount of APTOS' main coin, APT, to this address. The transferred APT will be used to pay the "gas fee" when activating the relevant token address on the APTOS webchain.Click [Manage] to add tokens.After entering the [Manage Assets] screen, you can directly select the corresponding coins from the ALL COINS list, or search for the corresponding token name in the search box.Method 1: Method 2：Click the plus sign in the upper right corner, copy the contract address of the corresponding token and add the token information directly.Fill in the corresponding contract address, token name, and abbreviation (Symbol).Click "Confirm" and pay the corresponding gas fees.After the fee is accepted, the addition is completed. Part 4. Important NotesMake sure the address contains more than 1 APT before transferring.Activating via official wallet software is recommended.Please make sure that the target address assets are activated before you withdraw your funds, otherwise you will be unable to withdraw your funds.

Before an address can receive any Ripple assets other than XRP (XSPECTAR, SOLO, CORE-XRP, etc.), it must be manually operated to add assets. Before adding a new asset, please make sure the XRP balance in your account is 20 or more, as a transaction fee is required to be paid when adding. If your withdrawal address does not have activated assets, then you will not be able to withdraw. Part 2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been ActivatedA. If token information is displayed in your address Trustlines, then you have activated the asset. B. If you do not have any token information in your address Trustlines, then you do not have an activated asset.  Part 3. How To Activate The XRP Token AddressExample: The following example shows the operation for adding XTK tokens in SOLO DEX, involving the wallet address: https://www.sologenic.com/ecosystem/solo-wallet. Please follow these steps for activation. First, install the wallet and generate an account.Then transfer a portion of your XRP to the address of the generated account, at least 20 of them.Click the [ Add Asset] button.There are two ways to add, by directly selecting or by adding a futures contract.Add directly: Known Issue rs. Manual entry: CustomSelect or add the corresponding parameter and select the Issuer of the currency.Then select the corresponding issuer.After making your selection, click the [ NEXT ] button.Doublecheck the added parameters to ensure they are correct.Wait for activation confirmation.When your added currency appears, it has been successfully added. Part 4. Important NotesA reserve of 20 XRP is required for activating the XRP address, and 2 XRP is required to activate the token. Ensure you have sufficient assets before activating. Consult the XRP website for more information on retrieving locked reserves.Activating via official wallet software is recommended.Please make sure that the target address assets are activated before you withdraw your funds, otherwise you will be unable to withdraw your funds.

Please ensure that your wallet address has at least 10 HBAR tokens before activating any assets, as adding assets requires payment of network fees. If your withdrawal address does not have an active asset, you will not be able to withdraw. Part 2. How To Check Whether a Token Address Has Been ActivatedA. Status: ActivatedYou can search for your address on the HBAR block explorer at https://app.dragonglass.me/ to check whether the corresponding assets have been activated, as shown in the figure below. If there are transfer records and the ACCOUNTS section shows that the activated tokens have been added, it means that you are able to transfer activated assets to this address.  B. Status: Not Activated You can search for your address on the HBAR block explorer at https://app.dragonglass.me/ to check whether the corresponding assets have been activated, as shown in the figure below. If there are no transfer records and the ACCOUNTS section is empty, it means that no HBAR standard assets have been added to this address.  Part 3.How To Activate Hbar Token AddressFirstly, go to the official website: https://hedera.com/ and click on the supported wallet addresses for the project: https://hedera.com/ecosystem/wallets-custody.For example, if you're using HashPack wallet: https://www.hashpack.app/, please follow the steps below to activate your wallet: Install the wallet and create an account.Transfer some main tokens to the generated address.Click on [Add Token]. There are two ways to add the token: you can either select it directly, or add it via futures. Click [Associate Token] to add the token and wait for the addition to complete.When the token you added appears on the interface, it means you have successfully added it to your wallet. Part 4. Important NotesTo activate an HBAR address, you must first deposit 10 HBAR to the address, activate it, then manually add other tokens you want to deposit.It is recommended to use the official wallet software for activation.Please make sure the target address assets are activated before you withdraw, otherwise you won't be able to withdraw.
